With EGP 10,000 – or the equivalent in US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, Kuwaiti Dinar, or Saudi Riyal – you can establish Time Deposits for periods ranging from one week to one year.

	Tenor can be one week, one month, three months, six months, or one year.
	Minimum balance required to establish Time Deposits is EGP 10,000; US$ 3,000; or equivalent.

General Benefits
	Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) can be issued against the deposit: free of charge for the first year for local cards, or with 50% discount for International Credit Cards.
	The obligatory 10% minimum monthly payment of AAIB's Credit Card balance is waived.

Green Pearls are AAIB’s unique US Dollar and Euro Time Deposits. Green Pearls Deposits ensure the stability of high interest rates and the flexibility of multiple interest payment frequency. Furthermore, they give you all the advantages of security and credibility made possible by a bank with dollar-based equity and a sound banking history.

	Competitive interest rates up to *4.5% p.a. (tax exempt).
	Choice of time horizon: 2,3,4,5 years.
	Flexibility of interest payment frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually to match your personal needs and preferences.
	Fixed interest rate during the tenor of the deposit.
	Redeemable after the first 6 months according to the redemption tables.
	Purchasable for minors and on behalf of others.
	Available to individuals as well as corporations.
	Loans are available against the deposit up to a maximum of 90% of its value.

Procedures
	Open a Current Account in US Dollars / Euros.
	Deposit a minimum of USD$ 5,000 (or its equivalent in Euro) with no maximum limit.
