SECURED
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) can be issued against collateral of savings accounts, time deposits and certificate of deposits.

The obligatory 10% minimum monthly payment of AAIB's credit card balance is waived, subject that the outstanding balance on the card does not exceed 90% of the collateral.
Issuance Fees
Secured credit cards are issued for the first year :
Free of charge for local credit cards
50% discount for international credit cards.

    Eligibility Criteria
    Nationality: Egyptian.
    Age of :

    Principal cardholder: minimum 21 years – maximum 57 years.
    Supplementary carholder: minimum 16 years old.
    Profession: employee in one of prime companies listed at AAIB.
    Employment Duration: minimum one year.
    Salary: minimum net monthly salary EGP 800.


    Documentation Required
    A completed and signed application form
    Two photographs.
    Copy of your personal/family ID.
    HR letter not more than one month should be dated and signed, stating the following:
  • Applicant's full name
  • position
  • hiring date
  • type of contract
  • net salary
  • specifying any additional income clarifying its regular nature.


    • The letter should be signed by an authorized signer of the company(clearly written name and title) as well as stamp of the company.

    Most recent telephone, electricity, water or gas bill (original).

    Eligibility Criteria
    Nationality: Egyptian.
    Age of:
    Principal cardholder: minimum 21 years – maximum 57 years.
    Supplementary cardholder : minimum 16 years old.
    Years in Business: minimum 3 years.


    Documentation Required
    A completed and signed application form.
    Original personal bank statement for the last 12 months.
    Copy of valid commercial register (not older than 3 months) or equivalent for professionals (i.e. operating license).
    Copy of recent valid taxation card or equivalent for professionals
    2 personal photos
    recent electricity, water or gas bill (original).

  • CORPORATE CREDIT CARDS

    		•
    Eligibility Criteria
    Company Age: minimum 3 years.
    Net Worth: minimum EGP 5 million.
    Company Risk Rating, evaluated by Risk Department.


    Documentation Required
    Company's financial statements for the last 3 years.
    Copy of valid commercial register (not older than 3 months).
    Copy of recent valid taxation card.
    Company submits a letter of undertaking to pay settle all cards liabilities.
    A letter from company stating the names of employees who will be using the credit card.

    The bank has the right to request any guarantees or other documents.
