We are glad to introduce to our AAIB clients as well as non-clients the privilege of exchanging foreign currencies against our local currency across our ATM network.

The new service is outlined as follows: The privilege of Foreign Exchange is made available 24 hours / 7 days a week instead of being limited to exchange foreign currencies against our local currency through our branches only 5 days a week from 08:30 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. The Foreign Exchange transaction is a card-less transaction and thus enables non-clients to make use of this new ATM service. The Foreign Exchange can be made by depositing any of the following foreign currencies and get local currency (EGP) in return: Euro UK Sterling Pounds Kuwaiti Dinar Saudi Riyal US Dollars The Min. amount to be exchanged is equivalent to EGP 5 per transaction. The Max. amount to be exchanged is equivalent to EGP 3000 per transaction. The Max. No. of cash notes accepted is 30 notes per transaction. The Foreign Exchange is currently available on Garden City Br. ATM as well as Four Seasons Hotel - Giza, as a pilot phase that will take approximately a month. Subsequently, it will be available on another 14 ATMs of the type that can support Foreign Exchange. The client may deposit bills drawn from other local banks to be collected thereafter. Our 16 ATMs that can support cash acceptance needed for Foreign Exchange are located at: Garden City Br. Mohandiseen Br. Nadi El Seid Br. Maadi Br. Cairo Br. Heliopolis Br. Golf Br. Mokattam Br.
